The Technical Department's Call Centre is staffed by expert, highly qualified and trained Technical Advisers who provide technical information and assistance to members upon request, either on the phone or by a facsimile service.
The technical library, arguably the largest and most comprehensive technical library in the Southern Hemisphere, contains many irreplaceable, genuine and non-genuine workshop manuals dating back to the 1950s. VACC regularly audits the library to ensure its ongoing relevance to the operational needs of the industry. Assistance is also provided to other state-based Motor Trades Associations.

The Call Centre's hours of operation are from 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding any public holidays in the State of Victoria.
