FUEL MANAGER has been developed to meet the EPA Victoria UPSS Guidelines (Underground Petroleum Storage System) which, as you know, take effect from March 1st 2004, and now also the proposed changes to Tasmanian Legislation. FUEL MANAGER is a software program specifically developed for people and businesses with underground fuel storage to ensure that they can meet their obligations under the new UPSS Guidelines. The program has been certified to US EPA protocols, in line with the requirements of the EPA Victoria and Tasmania UPSS Guidelines. You can be confident that when used correctly, you are in compliance with your obligations under the legislation. FUEL MANAGER can be used by service station operators, fuel distributors, fleet owners, transport and freight companies, car dealer franchises, underground LPG tanks. In fact, any operation that dispenses petroleum based products for retail, wholesale or operational purposes.

Some facts about FUEL MANAGER:

  • FUEL MANAGER is an easy-to-use software program that will run on your own computer using either Windows 98, 2000, NT or XP.
  • FUEL MANAGER is SIRA-based (statistical inventory reconciliation analysis) and certified under US EPA protocols to provide EPA compliant tank integrity status reports (leaking or not) in accordance with UPSS Guidelines requirements.
  • FUEL MANAGER will analyse the purchases, meter readings and dip data for tank integrity status reporting (as you are required to do, or risk substantial fines, under the new UPSS Guidelines). Other outputs, automatically generated, include weighted average fuel cost, financial and tank management reports.
  • FUEL MANAGER is stand-alone software which gives you control of your own data and provides substantial cost savings by not having to use external SIRA processing specialists.
  • FUEL MANAGER is supplied with a "How To Install and Use " booklet. (The software contains an extensive help function and the product is fully supported with user-support and training).
  • FUEL MANAGER is available for a 6-day free trial. 

Installation, set up and training is a cost of $350.00 once only, ongoing fee is $10.00 per tank per month (This fee covers full support, email, phone, or fax).  FUEL MANAGER answers your need for an inexpensive, easy-to-use software program and satisfies your obligations under the UPSS Guidelines.
