Getting an apprentice through the TACC Auto Apprenticeships will cost you less than if you were to find and employ your own apprentice. Our charge-out rates are based on the current Federal Award, plus TACC charges to cover on-costs.

You can be assured of a capable apprentices who has undergone a stringent assessment of aptitude testing, interview and induction process.

And, if for one reason or another, things do not work out, you can pass the apprentice back to TACC.

  • You pay only for the time the apprentice spends AT WORK in YOUR WORKSHOP. We pay when the apprentice is sick, on holidays, or attending TAFE;

  • TACC Field Officers visit regularly to monitor and assess the progress of the apprentice and their 'fit' with your business, to deal with any arising issues, and to provide counseling or mediation should it be needed;
